Appointments & Services
Because our services involve reserved time and personalized preparation, the following policies apply:
Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made with proper notice may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance

Missed appointments without notice
These are non-refundable.
Refunds

Completed services are non-refundable

Digital services, sessions, or consultations are not eligible for refunds once delivered

Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction based on personal interpretation or outcomes
If a technical issue on our end prevents service delivery, a reschedule or refund may be issued at our discretion.
Processing Time
Approved refunds, if applicable, are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Digital Products & Personalized Services
Digital products and personalized services are non-refundable once delivery or service preparation has begun, as these offerings involve customized or time-based work.
To request support, customers must contact claritybyjosh@gmail.com with their order number and details.
